PROCEDURES.

1. To become our dealer or reseller, please download the Dealer Aplication Form, fill it up and fax it to us at (718) 205-6405. A representative will contact you if we need more information.

2. NY applicants will be required to fill up the Reseller Certificate Form ST-120.

3. If you wish to pay by credit card, you will need to fill up the Credit Card Authorization Form.

If you have any questions, please do not hestiate to contact us. Our wholesale department are open from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM on weekdays and 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We are closed on major holidays.
